Guests are kindly requested to settle their full balance payment before the commencement of the dinner cruise. To avoid any cancellation charges, we require at least 72 hours’ prior notice before the scheduled cruise date.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled cruise will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount. For cancellations received less than 24 hours before the cruise or in the case of a no-show, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
In the interest of guest safety, the cruise captain reserves the right to cancel, delay, or modify the cruise plan in case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cancellation occur due to weather, guests will have the option to either reschedule their cruise for another available date or request a full refund of their deposit
Refund Policy
In the rare event of cancellations due to technical reasons or operational challenges on our side, guests will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
For bookings made through our website’s payment gateway, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days and credited back to the original mode of payment. To request a refund or rescheduling, guests must formally communicate with our customer service team through email or phone for timely assistance.
